Sweetly Keto came about after I had embarked on my keto journey for 3 years losing over 40kg’s in the process. To say I loved the keto lifestyle would be an understatement, I enjoyed how easy it was and the results showed, but there was always something missing. 
 Being a sweet tooth at heart there were many times I felt like something rich, something so decadent but could never find that perfect treat that would satisfy my cravings. This is how Sweetly Keto came about! I learnt how to enjoy that sweet treat without reaching for that sugar and ruining my journey.
